Queensland Fire & Rescue Service (QFRS) volunteers and employees are required to submit incident report for departmental records. They earlier used paper based forms to file the reports. QFRS app replaced the paper forms with digital ones, and added features such as automatically adding the user location & map on form.
Toll Fatigue Management
The app enabled a trucking company to set down rules for truck drivers to manage fatigue and define when a driver should take rest and for how long. The app involved several complex business logics to effectively manage fatigue.
